Since some of Apple's software is not fully compatible with Chapterly, Apple users may encounter some technical trouble here and there.

If you've written your novel in Pages and would like to upload it to Chapterly, you will first need to convert the file to a compatible format. We recommend .docx, preferably with formatted headings that will make the transition to Chapterly a smooth one.

Chapterly does not perform as intended on any Safari browser, no matter the device. We recommend using Chrome for optimal performance, but Firefox has been proven compatible as well.

You also have the option to download the app on any device, which can be done easily from Safari. Simply click the Share icon and select Add to Home Screen. This will also allow you to work offline, but please take a moment to read our guidelines on that topic.
