Yes!

You can upload a file during the onboarding process or skip that step until you have access to your dashboard and library. In either case, bear in mind that some file formats work better than others when it comes to getting your book organized within Chapterly.

For instance, if you upload a .txt file with little or no formatting other than paragraph breaks, it will be harder for Chapterly to discern where your chapters begin and end. Conversely, if you upload a .docx file with designated headings to mark the beginning of each chapter, the upload process will be much smoother.

You also have the option to simply copy-paste your content, but if you find the formatting in Chapterly doesn't match that of the source, it's possible you're copying the data from somewhere that isn't compatible with our software.
