The reader does not pay Chapterly directly in any fashion, so our support team is unable to update your private billing information, issue refunds, or troubleshoot payment failures.
To contact an author, go to their profile page and click the Message button near the top.
Each author is obligated to respond to your billing concern within 5 business days. However, please remember that these authors are regular people--not companies with staff to handle your request on-demand. Life happens, so if it takes the author a little time to get back to you, please be patient.
If an author fails to respond to your query within 5 business days, you may then submit a report to Chapterly. We'll review the situation and attempt to help rectify it by contacting the author or, in extreme cases, revoking the author's monetizing capability.
