Welcome! We're so honored to be part of your publishing journey, so let's get started!

Once you've completed the sign-up process, you'll be directed to your home page. Don't worry if it looks a bit empty; it will fill up once you start posting content and following other authors.

The home page is the foundation of our Audience feature. You can use the platform to release and sell your work directly to your followers, whether it's one chapter at a time through monthly subscriptions or a whole story in a single purchase! Not only will you be able to get live feedback from your readers, but you'll also have opportunities to network with your fellow authors and expand your audience with social media integration.

At the top of the home page, you'll see a link for the Writing Studio. This will direct you to your Chapterly dashboard, where you can create your book or story. If you entered any specific details about your project during the onboarding process, your first book will already be waiting for you in your Library. If not, you can simply start fresh or import an existing manuscript.

The Library is probably where you'll spend most of your time on Chapterly, at least until you're active in the Audience community. You'll use the editor to plot, write, and refine your work, create your covers, and export your final draft for publication. You can also post chapters, full stories, character and location profiles, and images directly from the editor to share with your Chapterly followers!

We encourage you to explore the site at your leisure and to consult the many articles in our Help Center if you need guidance. We cover everything from how to use our editing and AI tools to how to support and engage with your followers!

You can also contact our support staff by clicking the chat bubble at the bottom right or selecting the Live Chat option from your dashboard profile menu.
