How Do I Report a Bug, Error, or Glitch?

If you've received an error message or believe you've encountered a bug, please review the troubleshooting information below. If these recommendations do not resolve your issue, please report the error to our support team by clicking the live chat bubble in the bottom right corner or simply email us at [email protected]

Note: You may also be prompted to submit a crash report when an error occurs. Information submitted this way is helpful for our tech team, but if you desire a response from support, you'll need to message us directly.

Here's what we'll need to know. Please be as precise as possible:

  1. What were you trying to do? (post something, cut/paste, delete, type, export, upload, etc.)

  2. Where were you trying to do it? (which chapter, which book, which part of the audience platform, etc.)

  3. What type of device and browser (or the app) were you using at the time?

  4. Screenshots and/or screen recordings will go a long way to expedite the resolution of your issue! You can attach them in an email or upload them in the chat window.

  5. Did clearing your Chapterly cache help in any way? (It often does!)
