Though we certainly hope your experience here at Chapterly will be positive and rewarding, when you're sharing any kind of content on the internet, you're bound to run into some negativity now and then. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward bullying and harassment, so if you find yourself unable to resolve the situation on your own, please contact our support team.

Deleting Abusive Comments

If you're the author of the post in question, you have the power to delete any comment. Simply click the horizontal ellipsis ( . . . ) to the right of the comment and select Delete.

We do not yet have a method of turning off commentary altogether or blocking specific users, but those features will be added in the near future. Please bear in mind that Chapterly's Audience platform is brand new, and we're always working on the next update!

Reporting Conduct Violations

If the malicious or abusive activity is happening on someone else's post or somewhere else on Chapterly that is not under your control, please report the situation to our team immediately!
